Alert: Cold MD Users

If you purchased Cold MD from March 26, 2004-May 29, 2009 you are a member of the class action lawsuit settlement.

Each member of the class will receive $10 for each bottle purchased, providing you can show a receipt or credit card statement.

If you do not have a valid receipt, you can still submit your claim and receive $5 back for each bottle purchased during the period, up to a maximum of 6 bottles (max of 3 bottles when you file online).
