Black Friday. The busiest shopping day of the year. The day after Thanksgiving. The term Black Friday" originated in Philadelphia referencing the heavy shopping traffic. It's also used by accountants to describe when merchants went from being in the red (no profit) to being in the black (turning a profit)

Where will I be on Black Friday? Well, a little bird told me that JoAnne Fabric will have colorful felt and cotton fabric on sale for $1.49 a yard! I hope they are right because I am making some great things for Christmas.
